From supplier to tastemaker

Working with High Tide, I helped reframe Gantri around the design perspective behind its products, shifting the story from 3D-printing capability to the brand’s point of view on contemporary lighting.

Gantri was seen as a supplier with 3D printers, not a brand with a point of view.

To scale, it needed strategic support to move beyond its manufacturing capability and define a more distinctive, opinionated position.

The shift was from explaining how Gantri made lighting to defining why its point of view on lighting mattered.

Existing perception
New position
3D-printing supplier
Contemporary lighting brand
Manufacturing capability
Design point of view
How it is made
Why it belongs
A collection of products
A coherent perspective on lighting

From manufacturer to tastemaker.

The work went beyond a new message. It shifted the company’s strategic orientation from manufacturing partner to opinionated brand and taste leader, creating a stronger foundation for scale.
